Ingredients

  • 2 cups Flour or any other flour
  • 1 cup Sugar we used stevia (half cup)
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 cup Fruit Vegan Yoghurt you can use any flavor or even natural soja yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup Vegetal Oil you can use olive oil if you prefer
  • 1 cup Vegetal Milk we used rice milk

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix the flour, the sugar and the baking powder with a spatula.
  • When mixed, add the yoghurt, the vegetal oil and the vegetal milk.
  • Mix it with the spatula until you get a smooth mass. Depending on what kind of flour you used, you might need to add more milk.
  • Prepare the form with vegetal oil and flour (to avoid the cake to stuck on it).
  • Pour the mass into it and bake it for 45 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.

Notes

 
  • you don't want to mix the mass to much otherwise it won't grow.
  • don't use a mixer at all.
  • before take the cake from the form, let it cool for at least 20 minutes.
  • if you use natural soja yoghurt, you can add 1/2 cup of lemon juice and lemon zest.
