Fluffy Vegan Pancakes

Pancakes are almost the heaven for us. And these are so fluffy that makes us to not stop eating them.
And the best part is that they are cruelty free. 100% vegan, tasty and DELICIOUS.

Ingredients

Dry

  • 250 gr Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder

“Butter Milk”

  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup Or Agave
  • 250 ml Vegetal Milk We use mostly Oat milk
  • 2 tbsp vegan butter melted

On Top

  • Agave Syrup Or anyother sweetness of your choice
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Nutella Vegan
  • Biscoff Vegan

To Cook

  • Coconut Oil We use a paper to get a bit of coconut oil and spread in the pan

Instructions

  • Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl: Flour and salt.
  • Now it is time to the make our "buttermilk".
    In a bowl mix the vegetal milk, the butter (melted) and the maple syrup and add it to the dry ingredients and mix it until having a dough.
    Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  • Add the baking powder to the dough and mix it well, without over mixing.
  • Use a little bit of an oil of your preference (we used coconut oil) to grease the pan (preferencially a nonstick), spreading it with a napking or kitchen paper.
  • Add a table spoon of the dough into the pan and let it cook until it starts to bubble. Then you can turn over the pancake.
  • Do as much as you can eat, and decorate them with your favourite fruits and toppings. Don’t forget, just healthy ingredients 😀 

Notes

Of course you can choose the toppings from your choice. We use a lot “BISCOFF” because it is delicious. Don’t forget to use vegan ingredients, and palm oil free 🙂
