Healthy Food

Everyday is a new learning day for us.

We are in a process, which seems long, but at the end, what we are getting back, will be worth it. The more we read and learn, the more we are sure that this is the right way, because eating healthy will bring us:

  • more health
  • improve our immune system
  • more mental balance
  • more energy
  • better sleep
  • better concentration and focus
  • clearer skin
  • better digestion
  • less times ill

Changing habits needs time, dedication and commitment to the kitchen. For the ones who love to cook, doing this step (spending more time in the kitchen) won‘t be that difficult, but for the people who usually have pre prepared/frozen meals, the effort and the commitment will be a challenge. I think we are right in the middle, because we like to cook, however, we don‘t have a lot of time to do it, because of our daily life.

We try to find enough time to make healthy meals, but we recognize that we are still far from our goal. We work and study, and most of the time we spend in the kitchen is on our days off. However, this is not enough and it shouldn’t be an excuse. We know that, and for that reason, we want to change.

We need to buy more healthy products, and leave the processed, can or frozen food. Is it easy? No, it‘s not. But we are commited to reach that. And you could also join us on this way. We need more organization, more tools in the kitchen (such as glass pots, baskets and other containers), and we need to think forward. Pre planning the meals for the week will allow us to not buy more that what we need, will save us time in the supermarket or other stores, giving us more time for ourselves and some other tasks.
And guess what? We are going to share every step and every tip with you.

So, lets make this together? ️
